Refund policy

If you purchase an item that has yet to be customized and wish to return it, you have until 15 days from the shipment date to return it. However, you'll be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note that the refund can only be returned to the same card used to purchase the item. When returning the item, it must be in the same new condition as when you received it, without any noticeable wear and tear, use, or scratches. A refund will be issued only after receiving the item in said condition. Please allow two to three weeks for the refund to be processed, depending on the product's condition and your banking institution.

Please include a letter listing your contact information and the reason for the return inside the package.

Custom Item Returns:

If an item has been customized, such as a kit with names or logos, it cannot be returned for reasons other than warranty issues.

Warranty:

At GGMS, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. That's why we stand behind our products by offering a warranty that covers quality artistry, materials, and defects in production. This warranty is valid for one year from the original date of purchase.

However, it's important to note that we do not cover misuse or intentionally destructive use of our products. If you have a problem covered under this warranty, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. But please remember that the customer will be responsible for shipping charges to and from our facility.
